While we were in Utah we had the chance to go horseback riding. A friend of my mom's has a farm and let us come and ride her horses. The kids had never ridden a horse by themselves before so they were really excited. Jacob was a natural. He wanted to wear one of his Uncle Jordan's cowboy hats so that he fit the part. As you can see he was ridding the horse all by himself. Terry (mom's friend) has trained these horses and they were amazing. She rode Doc while the kids rode Sissy Sue. She taught them how to steer, stop and go. I of course wanted a turn so I rode with Abby. Jacob took 2 turns but MaKayla was too interested in the kittens to ride again. Abigail liked the goats. Like her boots and hat? She looks like a real cowgirl.
