Utah Trip

We'll we finally made it to Utah this year. I didn't think that we would be able to afford to visit this year, but some unexpected money came our way and I decided that I needed to go to Utah. Poor Zach had to stay behind and work. He had a friend ask him if he would work for him for a few months and so he couldn't get off. We had such a great time as usual. My Mom was able to take off the full two weeks that we were there, it was a great treat to have her there. We were able to see family and some old friends of mine that I hadn't seen in a while. These pictures below are of the kids and Derrick on my parents front porch. My dad made the beautiful bench that they are sitting on. My mom made the cushions and my brother Clay cut the metal tree scene. They are all so talented.

This is a new park that we went to. I used to come here alot after elementary school with some friends. It used to be a canal and lots of weeds. The city has now made it into a beautiful park. My friends always used to dare me to jump across it. It is also the place where I found some duck eggs and brought them home to try to hatch them. My parents finally found out when one of them broke and stunk up the whole house. Peeeeew!!!
